Familiar with MathCAD, know about Zemax; Familiar with Optics Theory such as Gaussian Optics, Paraxial Optics, Matrix Optics, Physical Optics; Be good at design optical communication device, especially Grin-Lens or C-Lens based optical passive components and optical active components; 4. Familiar with optical principle of 4F system and Non-4F System, Apply to design fiber optic components; 5. Familiar with optical adhesive bonding process, optical contact bonding process, optical ionic bonding process, and green athermal glass packaging platform for optical components, include chemical formula for strengthen intensity of bonding; 6. Be good at motivating the team, lead the innovation, good leadership and communication as a team leader. 2.
